the building is evolving around these views and central tasting room volume. this volume is constructed of wood, resembling the “koor” boats where the name of the brand comes from.
the blocks of factory are located in a way to create a journey around them for visitors and factory workers.
factory walls are made of concrete and large blocks of tuff stone, which is a solution that allows to avoid exterior cladding and interior coverings via its aesthetic and insulating qualities.
