main floor space is designed for rental areas and on upper level the mesonine double height areas are designed for the head office of the construction and engineering company.
the office is designed to reference the technical aesthetics of engineering elements, with lots of exposed ducts and structure details. steel and glass are highly used for this purpose as well.
