dépôt is an exciting new spot in yerevan offering endless possibilities for collaboration and creativity. this vibrant space blends diverse offices with cultural activities, cafés, restaurants, sports, and entertainment. a former industrial building has been transformed into a modern working area, featuring spacious offices, meeting rooms, and flexible workspaces. the 160-meter building, seen as a horizontal skyscraper, houses self-sufficient office blocks. amenities include sports facilities for all ages, a kindergarten, a skatepark that turns into a fountain, and a green lounge for outdoor events and relaxation.
