an existing soviet era building is renovated to adapt to large chemical and mechanical laboratories and office section in southern yerevan, armenia.
the main requirement was to fit the large number of laboratories in a way, that their logisitcs would be adapted to both office and technical usage.
as the building was large and very expensive in terms of reinforcement and mechanical engineering solutions for laboratories, the office area was designed to be as cost effective as possible.
